Robert Hannigan was Director of GCHQ, the UK government’s largest intelligence and cyber agency, from 2014-17. Hannigan has a long history of involvement in cyber security and technology, having drawn up the UK’s first Cyber Security Strategy and outlined the government’s ambition of making the UK ‘the safest place to live and do business online’. He set up the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre as part of GCHQ, which was officially opened by Queen Elizabeth in 2017, and launched the active cyber defence programme for the UK in 2016.

Bennett has performed all around the UK as well as in Italy, Australia, Germany, Poland, Amsterdam, South Africa and Hong Kong.
He has written and starred in two radios series: Bennett Arron is Jewelsh - which was nominated for a Celtic Media Award and the recently aired Bennett Arron Worries About…. He also presented the documentary The Kosher Comedian for the BBC.
His other television and radio credits include; Loose Ends, Not Tonight With John Sergeant, Glee Time (inwhich he hosted a series of six stand-up comedy shows), Never Write Off The Germans (a panel show for Radio 2) three series of What’s The Story (a panel show for Radio Wales) and he was a Presenter on Big Brother's Little Brother for Channel 4.
Bennett has written for many comedy programmes, including Hit The Road Jack, Off Their Rockers, Commercial Breakdown and the BAFTA winning V Graham Norton. He also wrote over twenty episodes of Genie in The House, the highest-rated children's sitcom on Nickelodeon and he was one of the main writers on the BAFTA winning Slammer for the BBC.
Bennett directed and presented the programme How To Steal an Identity in which he stole the identity of the Home Secretary. The programme was Pick of the Day in The Guardian and The Telegraph, described as “Fascinating and Disturbing” by the TV Times, and went on to be short-listed for a BAFTA.
He has written 2 books, "The Girl From The Discotheque" and "Heard the one about Identity Theft?"
Bennett is a past winner of both the TAPS Comedy Writer of the Year Award and the BBC New Writer's Award, and is a past finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards. However his proudest moment was coming third in an International Disco Dancing Championship in Tenerife.

His experience spans advising FTSE 100 companies on their cyber security posture and data protection programmes, through to advising on investigation and response following some of the most significant and high profile (and highly confidential) hacks of UK corporate bodies.
David has also successfully defended alleged hackers from Anonymous, TeamPoison and LulzSec. He has advised police officers on the law behind and pitfalls involved in cyber crime prosecutions from the North West, South Wales, Yorkshire and Humber police teams, as well as a course at the Royal College of Policing.
He frequently works with academia and government in driving forward the evolution of cyber security controls frameworks.
He is sought out for comment by newsprint and television media and is a noted public speaker in this area. Attendees frequently comment that David’s talks are lively, engaging and always enjoyable.

Mark Bayne is an IT Security Professional, with 19 years’ industry experience. Having started as a Security Administrator in a small IT consultancy, Marklearned the trade in a small dynamic environment where IT security requirements were only beginning to be understood. In a long and distinguished career including being Technical Director at Integralis Andy has invented many leading-edge technologies including IP Network Translation Gateway, Print Symbiont Technologies for LAN-based printers and Disaster Master, a technique of continuously updating a backup site with mirrored data.
As one of the Co-Founders and CTO of MIMEsweeper, Andy was the creator of the world’s first content security solution which became the default product in its space.
Andy went on to start WebBrick Systems which was one of the pioneering Home Automation technologies, also a forerunner to what we know as IoT devices today.
While serving as Engineering Director, Andy created and patented several core components in the Osirium product family.
